With the promulgation of the constitution of Nepal 2015 on September 22, 4-H Nepal welcomed the constitution from the second day of its promulgation. Banners bearing messages welcoming the constitution were placed in different places in Kathmandu including Maitighar, New Baneshwor, Ratna Park, Singh Durbar and Thapathali. The banners were placed with the initiatives of local youth. People took the initiative of welcoming the newly promulgated constitution positively and they also started welcoming the constitution publicly.
