A one-day orientation was given to 56 district voter educators from 7 districts for the local elections at Bardibas, Mahottari district on September 11, 2017. After the orientation, participants were divided into four groups, and an e-rickshaw voter education campaign was commenced for four days starting on September 12, 2017. Each group conducted the campaign in at least four places. 4-H Nepal reached out to 84 communities and 4,501 voters in seven districts of Terai during the local elections.
