A Training of Trainers (ToT) entitled ‘Youth Empowerment through Agriculture-based Entrepreneurship Development’ was organized for 48 young entrepreneurs in Ramechhap from March 17 to 27, 2016. The training provided skills to farmers in making business plans and financial plans. Now actively involved in agriculture, the trainees have been transferring their knowledge and skills to their community. Tiffany A. Drape, senior research associate of Virginia Tech, USA facilitated the training conducted with Winrock International’s support.
