A Training of Trainers (ToT) entitled ‘Youth Empowerment through Agriculture-based Entrepreneurship Development’ was organized for 48 young entrepreneurs in Ramechhap from March 17 to 27, 2016. The training equipped farmers with skills to develop business and financial plans. The trainees who were actively involved in agriculture have been imparting their knowledge and skills to their community.  The training was facilitated by Tiffany A. Drape, a Senior Research Associate at Virginia Tech, USA, and supported by Winrock International.
