4-H Nepal IAAS section, Tribhuwan University, has been providing training on agriculture and farming to the students from different schools in Lamjung district. The training provided practical methodology for preparing compost fertilizers along with demonstrations on how to make it.  The IAAS section also conducted an awareness activity to promote children’s health, hygiene, and nutrition (HYN) program.

The training was conducted to instruct students and teachers from four different schools in Lamjung on the importance of the school gardening and its various aspects. It served as a learning and sharing platform where participants gained insights into adapting to their natural environment. Students from Adarsha Bal Higher Secondary School, Sayapatri English Boarding School, Insight Vision Academy, and Tribhuvan Higher Secondary School attended the training, and more than two hundred fifty students benefited from it.
