4-H Nepal initiated to hold a dialogue by inviting youth affiliated with different political parties and social sectors to discuss how youth can take the lead in maintaining social harmony, peace, and brotherhood in Terai. The initiative was held at a time when tension was rising in the Terai region due to agitation for constitutional rights.
