4-H Nepal mobilized its volunteers for the earthquake immediate relief support program from the day the earthquake struck Nepal in 2015. The organization focused on supporting children and people with disabilities. More than 567 dynamic volunteers were involved in this effort. Additionally, 4-H Nepal signed an agreement with the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Nepal, which provided volunteers with identity cards and technical support.

4-H Nepal provided three computer engineers for the data entry of the earthquake-affected people under the government of Nepal. The engineers were stationed in the Ministry of Home Affairs, Sindhuli, and Bhaktapur.
